Synopsis
Paula (Eugene Domingo) is a hardworking woman who sells designer bags online while her husband, Melvin is not doing anything to help her out. She manages to find Nelson (Ricky Davao), a bachelor to deliver goods for her and start a relationship with him.

Marilou (Ruffa Gutierrez) is a tycoon's wife who inherits very little wealth from her husband. Wendy (Cristine Reyes), a promoter is after rich men who is not married. Ada (Jennylyn Mercado) is a single mother who is always busy with her work and hardly have time to take care of her baby.

Tere (Iza Calzado), who works as a nurse suddenly find herself in a difficult position as she is required to watch over his ex-lover's wife. Dara (Bianca King) who is a graduate from USA starts her career as a Junior Production Assistant but found difficulties to adapt in her new workplace.

Dr. Cleo Carrillo (Eula Valdez), a famous cosmetic surgeon is facing numerous lawsuits and struggling to keep out the pressure. These working women of different status, profession, and principles are facing numerous challenges and obstacles in their everyday working lives.
