Synopsis
Senior police Wen Fang (Leon Lai) is known to the police community as someone who practices violence and has bad reputation among his peers. Meanwhile, junior police Ji Shao Qun (Richie Ren) is one good cop and sets a good example among the police community and is looking forward for career promotion.
One day both collaborate to investigate a car accident and the death of a prostitute under the homicide category. While Wen Fang is gathering valuable information from the two cases, Ji is closely monitoring from behind and Wen Fang is not aware of his real intention since he is just an ordinary junior police officer.
Later there is a mysterious hand working in order to release the suspect although the DNA samples of one of Wen Fang's officer are found at the crime scene and he decides to do a cover up to protect his unit. As a chief in charge of the case Wen Fang is about to be suspended and he decides to unlock the mystery of the case...

Good review and nice trailer, this movie tackles the heady subject of police corruption at street and institutional levels on the surface, but is just an old school cops and robbers shoot 'em up most notable for a pair of highly inventive deaths.
