Watched this today. One caution - DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS even if they are very small :D. its like PG-16 though we expected like PG.

Anyway one thing to be happy. Prasanna always sold our country for his awards at least this time he has only sold malani fonseka or maybe the entire reputation of actresses this time. Which is much much better than selling our country. Maybe next time he can make film called Bastard and make it a story about himself.

Anyway film is ok / good, there were no upsets to the flow. Viewable (But not with children :D)

However our familly was of total disappointment specially i think because they love malini and did not wanted to see her that way :P

sri... i have seen the film 'akasa kusum'. prasanna has tried to explore the real worlds of three women. one of those characters priya, working as a bar girl, even there is a chance to portray her with an erotic visual approach, prasanna has maintained the decent control in portraying her.

you wrote 'DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS even if they are very small'. your words are wrong and bullshit. i think you must see the film again with opening eyes.

a good film needn't to keep your usual, sentimental and superstitious things... it is a mirror of social reality. we should learn to accept all the things which are happening in our daily life. don't try to shut children eyes by your lacking mind. if you do like that, they will end as a blind like you.

i dont know about you saying 'prasanna sold (y)our country'... because i am from other country. but i have to say one thing, prasanna is a good film maker from sri lanka i have ever seen.

narrow minded hypocrites always want to show that they are too well bred, i suppose thats the case with 'sri' here. i dnt see why u cant take ur children, and i totaly disagree to ur statement that prasanna has sold our country. compared to some other soo called directors, he is the last person to do that.
and what do u mean by 'we dont wanted to see Malini in such a character'? such characters exist in real world, and as an actress, she is marvellous.

If u dnt want to see reality, if u want to see only the bright sing song side, go n watch a Masala Hindi movie, not Prasanna vitange movie
